Aleve rocks. During 1 special week of the month I ignore the warning labels on both Advil and Aleve and take about 4 of each over a 12-hr period. I try to stagger them.

At first I would just take enough to bring the pain to a bearable level, but that was still a level at which it was difficult for me to concentrate and function. Now I just medicate the heck out of it till I feel almost good and keep going.
