My nostril is throbbing...
Sep. 22nd, 2004 03:27 pmHope I didn't gross you out :-)
I'm SO sick and there's absolutely NO ONE to rant to :-(. I keep getting worse and worse, hoping it will get better, but it isn't!
I have Cold of the Century. My nose is so red and it hurts to blow it so much that my nostril is throbbing. Really. I felt it. And no, I wasn't high on Nyquil... although the thought has some appeal. I took Monday and Tuesday off of school because my throat was so sore, today we got off because the Dali Lama is visiting the school and all the profs -- if I sneeze ONE MORE TIME I *SWEAR* I'm gonna have an anuryism -- wanted to go so they cancelled class.
Anyway, I have to go tomorrow. I can't miss anymore days of class. Only 6 absences allowed total, and now I have one for each class except Con Law (because he forgot to take attendance). I'm told if I miss more than those six days I can't take the final. Is this true???
My head hurts, my nose hurts, my throat hurts, my neck and ears hurt ... and I think that's about it, although it feels like there are bricks on my chest. I just don't know what to do. I'd have gone to class the last two days but I live so far away that it would still be a good two hours before I could get home if I got sicker during the day.
Ah well. Gotta do what ya gotta do I guess.
