smile_n_cuddleI am not feeling very well today. I think it's probably allergies - I didn't take my benedryl last night before bed, but I am sneezing like there's no tomorrow. My head hurts, too, and I'm just feeling miserable (though, fortunately, not miserable enough to go home!).
Anyway, James started back to work yesterday and loves it (of course). They moved him to a new division, so that's cool, and the lady who used to be chief of his old division (and who lied about him, backstabbed him, and regularly humiliated him in court) was found *in contempt of court* and the guy in charge had to bail her out on the basis that she'd be demoted and transferred to a new division! Yay for justice in the court system!!!
Anyway, there's a stack of files to be transferred on my desk and my in-basket is overflowing so I'll probably work through lunch today trying to catch up. Fun, fun...

Looking at the qualifications, althought Stetson has THE best criminal justice program in the nation, I'd be in the top 80% of their incoming class based on my GPA and LSAT, so maybe I could get a merit scholarship. *hoping*
I'm SO glad James is so sweet and will move wherever I'm accepted. His mother doesn't know this yet. She keeps saying they'll come visit often. "Three years is nothing! It will go by so fast!" James and I wink at each other.
Oh - the other reason I chose law was because I'd otherwise still have to take the GRE while planning a wedding and possibly looking for another job AND.. none of the professors (2) I've written have written me back. Odds are I wouldn't even be accepted and I have rejection issues. This is safer. But I still hate people right now so that's okay ;-)
