Will getting a Cinnamon Broom from an occult or witchcraft website cause my books to fly around in the middle of the night or curse me in some other manner? You see, my cinnamon broom no longer smells. I really wish it did, but it doesn't. And Publix won't start carrying them again until November. After extensive online research I have discovered that virtually (as in, there may be an exception but I didn't find it) every single website selling cinnamon brooms is a witchcraft one. So... I'm torn...

...Not that I'm REALLY concerned. But you know. You hear things. And then in the middle of the night you wonder what that sound is. And have difficulty convincing your mind it's not a demon. Or monster. Or ghost. Or little devil, glimmering butcher knife in hand, grinning as he comes to kill you.

Or is that just me?

Why not just go ahead and admit that you're a witch. It's the real reason you're surfing those sites. You're the one that makes things go bump in the night...

Test it out. Buy one of those brooms for a friend and then after s/he's had it for a week, if s/he's gibbering about invisible cold-skinned thingies that crawl into the bed with him/her and demonic voices that periodically say strange things like, "Kill, kill, watch Judge Judy, kill, kill" then you might want to avoid them. However, if s/he doesn't, they might be okay to buy.

So after some thought, the real question is, would YOU buy it for yourself? :-)

*dons you test subject*

LOL. Why don't you want a cinnamon broom? They smell so good.

Onto other things...

I am so sorry about yesterday. There was no way, once we got there, I was going to leave the resort because no way in hell I'd make it out again. OMG. I *hate* Orlando. You have no idea. We were lost for *an hour and a half* and spent $7 trying to find our way again. Will be writing about it in my LJ.

And other things...

Why don't we plan to meet up again? I'll look at some maps. Surely there's a place between here and Tampa that I can meet you at (without *ahem* Sleepy so this time I'll be on time!).

Gah I wish you weren't at church this morning. I so wanna chat :-) How is it again that your grandma can get out of it but you can't?

The question that I would ask is, "Do I mind having my email information added to their mailing list?" Personally I would be reluctant, but it's up to you.
