Buffy: 1:00-2:00 (starting with Tabula Rasa today - EXACTLY WHERE I LEFT OFF WATCHING TWO YEARS AGO!!!)

X-Files 5:00-6:00.

The rest of the time: study.

Can someone tell my why X-Files is on from 2:00am -6:00 am and only once during the day? That sucks so bad. I wanted to buy the complete series DVD set but it's $700!!! OMG! Not... gonna... happen ;-)

Ah well.

Oooh! You're my hero! BTW - what kind of anti-spyware program is good and free? My McAfee subscription just ended and I'm about to scream iwth all the pop-ups?

Also, does Bit Torrent have adware like Kazaa? (Just so I know whether to scan files and such)

Spyware's not just pop-ups. But they can be blocked in IE (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/web/sp2_popupblocker.mspx) and in Firefox (http://library.canterbury.ac.nz/tutorial/gen/firefox/popups.shtml) in the Security settings. That's if you have WinXP and have updated to Service Pack 2 (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx).

For spyware, though, try Spybot Search and Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html). Use the Immunize feature. Run once a week. It is goodness.

There's no spyware/adware in BitTorrent that I know of.
